At the Nicovale resort you find clean and comfortable cabanas for two up to eight guests hidden in a lush tropical setting and only a few meters from the beach in the bay of San Juan del Sur, by far the most charming and interesting coastal town in Nicaragua.

Located only 12 miles north of the Costa Rican border, San Juan del Sur and it’s beautiful natural bay became famous as hide-out for pirates like William Walker and as a port on the transport route East during the Californian gold rush.

The pristine and white beaches along the Pacific coast are easily accessible, especially with boats, which are readily available through the local fishermen.

In the near future Nicovale will be further improved with a new swimming pool and a small but excellent restaurant.

Owner Roberto has been a chef in some of the best restaurants in Europe.
